 Collecting and Using Your Personal Information
Personal information collected includes account and login information (i.e. contact name, billing, and/or shipping address, username and password etc.). The personal information collected will be used for its intended purpose only – access your profile area, quickly find product information, identifies which products and services you have requested and to alert you to product upgrades or updated information.
LCG will disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law.
Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support.
Registration and Ordering
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give their contact and shipping information (such as first and last name, address, city, state, zip, and country), and login information (username and password). The information from registration is displayed on the order form. The user can modify this information or proceed and enter their financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and filling customer’s order.
Data Retention
LCG will not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our systems. LCG encourages parents to go online with their kids. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:
- Teach kids never to give personal information, unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
- Know the sites your kids are visiting and which sites are appropriate. Look for Web site privacy policies.
- Know how your child's information is treated.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive for the purpose of tracking the number of times the site is accessed for a particular user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie resides on the user’s hard drive. If a user rejects the cookie, they may not use our site.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing
We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services which has access to minimal customer information. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both on-line and off-line. Access to your personal information is limited to key individuals who need it to do their job.

In addition, authorized third party agents may also need access to some of your personal information such as name and address for shipping purposes. We only provide third party agents with the minimum amount of information needed to complete the requested transaction. Remember that all information posted in the forum becomes public information. LCG has no obligation to monitor the content posted. You are solely and fully responsible for any content that you post on any area of our site. Special Offers
We send all new members a welcoming e-mail to verify password and username. Established members that checked the box to receive product and service information will occasionally receive information on products. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see our Choice/Opt-out below.
Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via e-mail, mail or phone, etc.
Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, our registration form has an ‘opt-out’ mechanism so users can choose to opt-out from receiving marketing material. They simply would unclick the checkbox to receive updates on product and service information.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
