LCG's Methodology is derived from the best aspects of industry standard System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and includes key aspects of Project Management Methodology. The typical systems development methodology is the avenue that the technology leader within the project team utilizes to deliver the solution that will meet each of the project goals. The main goal of a systems development methodology is to define the life cycle process that the project will follow to include all of the technology development and implementation activities. This life cycle process is referred to within the IT industry as the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
